The November meeting was convened on Sunday, November 24th at 5:35 p.m., at the Ala Wai Ballroom Palladium.

2.  Minutes:  The minutes of the October 27th meeting were accepted as submitted.

3.  Treasurer's Report: The Treasurer reported a balance in the checking account of $4,883.53.  Income was $4,327.09 and expenses were $2,309.76 for the year, leaving a balance of $4,883.53.  The balance in the treasury last year at this time was $2,152.70.

4.  Committee Reports

     a.   2003 Hawaii State Festival:

           (1) Chairman's Report:  The chairman distributed a "Festival Time Line" for tasks required prior to the festival and asked for comments and suggestions.  He said that priorities are as follows:  (1) send out application forms to early bird registrants so they can sign up for special events; (2) obtain necessary permits; (3) draft the program; (4) confirmation letters.  Dave said he would be stuffing the packets as he goes and the last minute stuffing can be done by a few at his residence, so no stuffing party will be held this year. Pre-registration will not be held at the Outrigger Hotel but will start on Sunday from 3-5:00 p.m. at the Ala Wai Palladium prior to the regular Sunday night dance.  It has not yet been decided whether to have two halls, one for plus and one for mainstream, or to open up the ballroom for all dancers.

          (2) Festival Volunteers:  We are still looking for Oahu help with State Festival. Assignments requiring only an hour or two of your time are available.

           (3) Callers:  Dave reported that the three callers are enthusiastic and have offered to do all they can to make the festival a success.

         (4) Registrar's Report:  Henry reported that 68 dancers are now registered

5.  Correspondence:  Nothing to report.

6.  Old Business:  None

7.  New Business:  Dave asked that Federation officers and members be thinking of possible nominees to present at the Annual Meeting in January to serve as officers for the ensuing year.

8.  Club Reports and Activities: Future events are listed on the Web Page, recorded on the Hot Line, and printed in the Coming Events flyer.

     a.  Pali Twirlers:  The Pali Twirlers annual Christmas party will be held on Thursday, December 19th at Pohai Nani.  Cost is $15.50.  Please contact Doug Warne for reservations.

.    b.  Square Wheelers:  The Square Wheelers' annual Toys for Tots dance will be held on December 15th at the Ala Wai Palladium.  Their annual Christmas brunch will be held on Sunday, December 22nd.  The palladium will be dark on Sunday night, Dec. 22nd.

Respectfully submitted,
